Fit was smaller than expected. Not a quality looking leather

I have NEVER received merchandise in such horrible condition and I am a frequent online shopper! The shoes had obviously been worn and were poorly packaged. They arrived half-zipped. One boot had a deep crease and stain on the vamp. These boots were not cheap and to receive them in such substandard condition is inexcusable!

The color is much more orange than I expected. I wear an 8.5 and have average to narrow feet. Sized up to a 9 and still felt like they were too narrow. Returned.
