This is THE softest denim jacket I have every felt! The color is perfect and can be worn with a variety of other colors. I plan on wearing this with practically everything. The cut is flattering, too. Super comfortable.

This is a beautiful jacket!!! I got the small and it fits perfect, the sleeves might be slightly oversized but the jacket fits me soo well. I’m 5’4” and 120lbs.
It did have a strange smell when I got it, I’m guessing it’s the dye the tag says it has? So I just threw it in the washing machine.
I’m so glad I didn’t get an xs based on the reviews. I’m always a S with free people and it’s true for this jacket as well! Also got it on sale for $45. Great buy!

The medium fit well and the jacket *Just* closes (my bust is 38”), so I probably could’ve gone up a size, but the sleeves on the medium fit great, so I kept it. The denim is super soft, which I loved. I would have liked the navy denim to be a darker wash, but I’m ok with that considering the fit on the shoulders, sleeves and the fabric quality were so good. A great casual jacket and alternative to my usual hoodie.

This jacket is a dream! I own the Levi’s exboyfriend denim trucker jacket, but when I saw this at the free people shop and tried it on I knew I had to have it. The wash is perfect, it’s super soft, and I love the interesting stitching details. I am 5’2″ 110 lbs, usually wear a small in jackets and tops, ordered a small, and it fits perfectly. I can wear a flannel or sweater under it and still have room. Two things, the sleeves are a little long, and I wish the hand pockets were a little bigger.

Fits true to size, not a lot of stretch in this denim jacket. This is a more fitted style, so if you like it roomy or want to pair with a warm sweater, I recommend sizing up.

I absolutely love this jacket! I purchased the small (5’4, 135 lbs) and it fits great. It is a great length (not too cropped) and not too oversized. The sleeves are a bit long but can be rolled up for a cute, relaxed look. I purchased the light blue and the ivory and am thinking about purchasing the black as well. The quality is excellent and of course zappos can’t be beat. This jacket is definitely a fantastic staple for your wardrobe.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect denim jacket, and I’ve found it!!! This has by-far been one of my favorite purchases I’ve made in years. I love the color, (I ordered “Navy”) and the little stitching details are adorable. It’s slightly cropped, roomy in the arms and boxy enough to be in style. I’m 5’8″ and usually a size small in tops or a 4/6 in dresses or pants. The size medium was the perfect fit for me. I’m on the taller side with broader shoulders and a smaller waist and fuller hips, so this style is kind of idea for my proportions. If you’re petite or have narrow shoulders, maybe order your normal size. Jackets are tricky living in New Orleans, but I’ve found my new favorite!

Love the fit of this Jean jacket! I’ve been looking for a jacket that isn’t oversized and not super cropped and tight. This is the perfect fit. It’s nice and loose enough to dress up or down!

I am 5’3″, 115 lbs, 27 in. waist. I’ve been eyeing this for a while and finally pulled the trigger when it went on sale (thank you, Zappos!) and got the Indigo Blue in a small, my normal size, TTS. Fits as seen in the picture. Sleeves are long and reach my knuckles but I didn’t want to return because I love everything else about this jacket (softness, design, wash, roomy enough for a thick layer underneath). After a couple of wears, I’ve come to appreciate the long sleeves because I can roll them up comfortably for a different look or leave them down to keep the hands warm on colder days.

Lots of denim jackets are stiff and need to be broken in, but this fabric is super soft! I love the wash and detail. My only complaint is that there aren’t extra buttons on the bottom/waist so that I can sinch it in. Most denim jackets have these extra buttons.

I am in LOVE! Get this jacket!! I am very picky but I ordered this for my 50th Birthday so my husband could give it to me. I read the other reviews about the denim being soft and it absolutely is. The sleeves are longer but I like that cuz I’m tall and have long arms.
I’m 5’8 130 lbs. I went with the Medium and I am so happy with the size and the fit. The arms are loose but it’s slightly cropped and fits nice through the waist.
You can’t go wrong with an awesome brand like “free People” Hope this helps! Overall I recommend this jacket. I have been wearing it probably more than I should since I got it. It looks way cute with leggings and a thin flannel top with your favorite sneakers.
