These fit like a medium, not a small. If you have ample hips, I wouldn’t recommend given where the front flap pockets are placed. Too big for me, so I had to return them!

For reference, I’m 5’4″, 135lbs. I purchased the Tahiti pants in a size small. They fit just like the picture shows ~ sits slightly below the natural waist, not overly baggy & the bottom of the leg hem hits the top of my feet, slightly below the ankles. The pants are very comfortable & well made. The material is medium weight, washes well & holds its shape. I’m very happy with them & have several colors.

The pants I received fit nothing like the pair I had previously. There was no elastic in the smocked waistline, yet my previous pair did. And they were so huge I could fit a second person in them. VERY disappointed. Felt like they were knock offs.
