I bought this sweater to give as a gift. I was shocked how poorly it was made. There was a huge piece of loose yarn sticking out of one shoulder seam. Additionally, the sweater arms seem to be very roughly stitched to the body with a single piece of thread (not yarn) — You can see the stitches and there seem to be gaping holes between the body and arms. It looks terrible, and for the price, I would expect much better workmanship. Also worth noting, the sweater has an asymmetrical hem – It’s much shorter in the front (8-10 inches shorter), and is really only tunic length in the back. It doesn’t look like this in any of the stock photos, and I found it very unattractive in person. Fortunately, I have time to return it and find a more suitable gift! (As this was a gift, I didn’t try it on, but had to choose a “comfort” rating in order to submit a review. Given that I would find gaping holes in my shoulder area to be drafty, I chose one star, but otherwise the sweater seems soft.)
